How to add Education for an Employee?

The first way of adding education to an employee profile is to start by clicking on their profile in the Employee Module.

 

 

Once you have done this, a window with all available information on the employee will open.

 

 

Scroll down until you see the “Education” section.

 

 

Click on the “Add Education” field.

A section where you can add the name and location of the institution where the education was acquired, department and degree, as well as the start and the end date, will appear.

 

 

After you are finished, click create.

The second way of adding education is to start by clicking on the magnifying glass in the corner of an employee profile. A sidebar will open.

 

 

Click on the “Education and Training” section.

 

 

Click on the “Add Education” field in the Education section.

 

 

A section where you can add the name and location of the institution where the education was acquired, department and degree, as well as the start and the end date will appear.

After you are finished, click create.

Boards Overview

Boards are accessed by hovering over the left sidebar and clicking on the section “Boards”.

 

 

A new window will open where you will have a list of all your current boards and the quick board overview.

The list of your current projects can be sorted by person responsible, board name, email account, start date, client, stage, status and end date.

 

 

The quick project overview lets you see how many boards, stages, tasks and subtasks you have running, and how many of them are blocked or paused.

 

 

You can also see the archived boards by clicking on “Trash” in the top left corner.

 

 

How to add links to a board?

We can connect our work on the board to external information by adding links.

Links are added by clicking on the Boards Links icon in the top right corner.

 

 

After clicking on this icon, a side bar is opened. To add a link, press the „+“ icon.

 

 

Here, you can add the name of the link, the link address and a description of what information are available if you follow it.

How to see every Cash Flow of the Board?

To see every Cash Flow of the project click on the “Board Cash Flow” section in the top right corner.

 

 

A sidebar will appear. Here you can see every the summarized amount of every cash flow added on any of tasks of the board.

 

How to start a Board Discussion?

To start a Board Discussion, click on the “Board Discussions” section in the top right corner.

 

 

A sidebar will appear. To start a discussion, click on the “+” icon in the top right corner of the sidebar.

 

 

After that, you’ll have all the option to add all necessary details about the discussion.

 

Once you’re done adding details, you’ll have a space to exchange all your thoughts on a topic related to the board.

How to access Board Overview?

To access Board Overview, click on the “Board Overview” section.

 

 

The “Board Overview” sidebar will appear. Here you can get a quick insight in to everything happening on the board and if tasks are being finished on time.
