To exclude a Board from a Project, first open the Board Overview.
In the Board Overview, scroll down to the Project section and click on the current projects name. From a list that apears, select the “Select None” option.
Once you’ve finished, click on “Update” to save the changes.
To move a Board from one Project to another, first open the Board Overview.
In the Board Overview, scroll down to the Project section and click on the current projects name. From a list that apears, select the Project to which you want to move the Board to.
Once you’ve selected the Project, click on “Update” to save the changes.
To move a pre-existing Board to a Project, first open the Board Overview.
In the Board Overview, scroll down to the Project section and click on “Not set”. From a list that apears, select the Project to which you want to add the Board.
Once you’ve selected the Project, click on “Update” to save the changes.
There are two ways multiple tasks can be moved on the Timeline at the same time.
The first is by selecting the tasks you want moved on the timeline. To do so, press and hold CTRL and click on each of the desired tasks.
Selected tasks will be highlighted in green. To then move them, contionue holding CTRL, click on one of the selected tasks and drag them to the new position in the timeline.
The second, is moving depandant tasks. Hold SHIFT + CTRL and select a task. Once you click on the task, that task and all related tasks that follow will be selected.
Drag and move all the tasks to their new time frame.
Project Boards are boards that are a part od any of the Teodesk projects. They are accessed in the left navigation panel by first hovering over the “Project” section.
Here we’ll see a list of all our projects. By hovering over a specific project, a list of its boards will apear.
Independat Boards are boards that aren’t a part od any project. They are accessed in the left navigation panel by hovering over the “Boards” section.
